I am working with a leading Transport company who are seeking for a Transport Planner to join their highly successful team on a permanent full time basis.
About you…
- Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry dealing with European, UK and Ireland.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Duties…
- Review routes for driver hours, efficiency, and the appropriateness of the vehicle used.
- Plan resources in terms of trucks and personnel to meet demand.
- Oversee route planning including adding new delivery and collection points,
- Management of all transport personnel
- Managing shipping bookings as well as the correct legislative documents.
- Other adhoc duties
